The PIT Training League is where fitness meets the intensity of high school and college sports! PIT is the ultimate platform for young athletes to test their strength and conditioning. Whether they’re pushing limits in the gym or on the field, PIT lets athletes compete at their level against others who share their drive. With solo and team divisons, athletes represent their communities, schools, or gyms in tests of strentgh, speed, and endurance.

PIT is aiming for Conference, Regional, State, and National Champions, giving athletes the chance to rise through the ranks and become the best.

We’re also creating opportunities beyond competition. PIT is great for the everyday teenager and young adult seeking fun fitness challenges and accountability. For the competitor, PIT will work directly with college recruiters and NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) partners to help our athletes connect with colleges and land sponsorship deals. Our goal is to give every athlete a chance to succeed both in and out of the arena.

What is the PIT Training League?

PIT is a new competitive training league for high school and collegiate-age athletes who engage online and in person with their peers, completing fitness tests for opportunities to compete live.

Optional Extras: PIT Training League also includes a full annual track of FREE Strength & Conditioning programming, random fun challenges, and general fitness education.

Who is the PIT League for?

PIT is designed for athletes of all fitness levels in age groups 14-18* and 18*-22.

Athletes may register for PIT Training League in one or both of two divisions:

  • Solo: Athletes compete individually.
  • Team: Athletes compete as part of a team of four (4) athletes (2 male, 2 female) from the same school, gym, or community.

Athletes may compete in both the Solo and Team divisions, maximizing their opportunities for competition.

*18-year-olds may choose to compete in 14-18 or 18-22.

Where does the PIT League takeplace?

PIT leaderboards, challenges, and qualifiers for live competition are online on StreamFit.
In-person events for 2025 will be in Southwest Michigan
at CrossFit Triple River at
The Pit Fitness Ranch

How do I join the PIT League?

  • Athletes register FOR FREE on StreamFit for membership in the Prodigies Strength and Conditioning Program, choosing “Prodigies” as their gym. This puts athletes on the class leaderboards and gives them access to see optional programming, chats, notes from coaches, and more – to join the community, essentially.
  • Athletes then register to compete either as a SOLO athlete, as a member of a TEAM or BOTH.
    • TEAMs are four (4) athletes (2 male, 2 female) from the same gym, school, or geographic community. Go TEAMS!
  • The 2025 PTL features TEN CHALLENGES, January through April.

For athletes who join late, there will be a last-chance qualifier
April 14 – 24. Note this is NOT intended for people who game it to wait until the end of the season to submit. It is intended for people who entered the season late or who missed a challenge submission for valid reasons.
